Non-analytical approaches are prone to bias and risk revenue loss if a suboptimal location is selected

Developed a decision support system for feasibility analysis of the potential locations which produces a potential value score for each candidate location.
Value scores are used to find out the optimal locations which maximizes the coverage of the stations
Built a user interface visualizing the sensitivity analysis for stakeholders to make clear and confident data driven business decisions
