BlueCloud taps Eastern Europe’s growing tech hub and diverse talent pool to support the increasing global demand for its data-driven digital transformation services.
BlueCloud, a digital transformation company and global leader in data-driven solutions, today announced its market expansion into Eastern Europe in an effort to proactively invest in the best tech talent worldwide. This milestone further enhances BlueCloud’s borderless delivery capabilities across multiple continents as the company works to meet the growing demand for Data Cloud Services.
“Eastern Europe's reputation for exceptional tech education and expertise in the modern data stack makes the region an obvious choice for expansion,” said Kerem Koca, CEO and Co-founder of BlueCloud. “As the adoption of data-driven cloud solutions increases, we are constantly looking for new methods to deliver our solutions to clients worldwide, and expanding our recruitment in Europe is the next step to ensuring we have the highest quality talent with the most diverse capabilities on the market regardless of their physical location.
BlueCloud previously expanded to Turkey in late 2021 during the COVID-19 crisis, which quickly grew from a small team of three to over one hundred dedicated employees in less than two years. The company attributes its swift success in the new market to its ability to nurture local talent and build global remote teams. BlueCloud hired veteran IT consultant Vasko Dimovski, with more than fifteen years of industry experience as an IT Technician, QA and Integration TIBCO Consultant, and IT firm owner and a strong background working with teams in Macedonia to lead expansion operations in Eastern Europe along with VP of Operations Faik Peker.
"We plan to repeat the same success we experienced with our Turkish expansion by collaborating with top talent and fostering professional relationships throughout the region," says Faik Peker, Vice President of Operations at BlueCloud. "Tapping into Eastern Europe’s talent pool coupled with Vasko’s expertise and vast knowledge of the region strategically positions us to create a thriving operation there.”
Eastern Europe has recently become a fast-growing tech labor force, with the region gaining attention as a hub for IT talent due to its strong STEM education that has produced over one million highly skilled engineers. BlueCloud plans to leverage this talent pool by rapidly creating global remote teams for projects so clients can access the best tech capabilities across all geographies. BlueCloud joins companies like Apple, Google, IBM, and Microsoft in Eastern European expansions for a competitive advantage.
"BlueCloud’s European expansion is a win-win for clients and local talent alike," says Vasko Dimovski, Manager of Ops for Eastern Europe at BlueCloud. “This creates a unique opportunity to promote labor stability throughout the region, allowing talent to adopt a global delivery model with a geographically unbiased employee culture and truly values them for it.”
BlueCloud takes a data-driven approach to digital transformation and consulting services, implementing modern cloud data and analytics solutions for its mid-market and Fortune 500 clients by leveraging premium yet cost-effective delivery models, next-generation technologies, and a world-class team of IT leaders. BlueCloud is a remote company headquartered in Tampa Bay, building highly skilled global teams with over 400 employees across the US, India, Turkey, UK, and Canada.
BlueCloud will grow its Eastern European presence similar to its Turkish expansion in 2021, aiming to hire more than 100 new data, analytics, AI, ML, and software engineering roles by summer 2024.
