Tampa, Florida, April 1, 2025 — BlueCloud, a global leader in data-driven innovation and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, today announced the appointment of Jim Martindale as the company's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Kerem Koca, BlueCloud's co-founder and current CEO, has been promoted to the Executive Chairman of the Board position, a role in which he will continue his visionary leadership, strategic guidance, and dedicated oversight for the company's next phase of accelerated growth.
BlueCloud is also announcing important updates to its executive leadership team, designed to further accelerate the company’s innovation and market leadership:
- Ali Riza Kuyucu has been appointed Chief Delivery, AI, and Data Officer. He will drive BlueCloud’s innovation initiatives, focusing on the delivery of advanced AI and data-driven solutions.
- Faik Peker has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Faik will enhance BlueCloud’s operational excellence with an unwavering commitment to people-first leadership.
- Sanjay Hiremath assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), continuing to provide strategic oversight and financial leadership integral to BlueCloud’s sustained success.
- Raghav Beeram steps into the role of Managing Director & CEO of BlueCloud India, leading the region with strong vision and dedication to growth.
