This covid pandemic taught new lessons and caused a paradigm shift in the work culture. We realized that BlueCloud employees staying in the comfort of the homes helped us grow 3x times in 2021. They were able to strike perfect balance between work and life by quickly adopting to hybrid working style with increased productivity.
So, we plan to build on this success and set up offices in Tier 2 cities – the technology talent hubs of India. This helps talent across all levels to work for BlueCloud from their home towns.
BlueCloud is happy to announce their 3rd India Delivery center in Madurai – one of the emerging Tier 2 cities with rich industry talent and university connect. We plan to make Madurai a core part of our delivery landscape in 2022.
